Our offer of external window sills includes:
- External aluminium window sills - aluminium window sills manufactured based on sheets made of the special 3103 aluminium alloy delivered by the ALCAN international concern. The sheets are varnished with application of the Coil Coating system, due to which the aluminium coils are perfectly coated with powder varnish of the average coating thickness of 50 - 60 microns available in standard colours: 8019 (brown) and 9016 (white). Thanks to the electrostatic varnish coating process, the window sill's finishing homogenous surface is guaranteed.
- External steel window sills - steel window sills manufactured based on double-side zinc coated steel sheets delivered by the MITTAL STEEL international concern. Surface of the steel sheets are coated with polyester varnish of total thickness of 35 microns, available in standard colours: 8019 and 8017 (brown) and 9016 (white). In the case of window sills manufactured based on other RAL pattern colours, they are additionally powder varnished. In each case, the window sill's reverse side is coated with special protective paint ensuring very good adherence to polyurethane foam during the installation.
- PVC end caps are available in standard window sill colours or in accordance with the RAL colour pattern (dyed PVC mass). All end caps are made of high quality material containing a colour stabilising agent and a UV filter.
