Industrial segment gates consist of the following components:
- Armouring - 40 mm thick sections made of aluminium transom sections or full steel sections. Tightness of the armouring is ensured by application of rubber gaskets located between panels as well as sealing of the end rib and the door head.
- Vertical and horizontal guides in which the gate's armouring moves and the gate packing is mounted. Depending on the technical conditions, it is possible to apply upper leading of the armouring directly bellow the ceiling (horizontally, obliquely), vertically above the opening inside dimension or by combining both options.
- Guide rolls operating in rolling bearing ensure durable and silent operation of the gate.
- Driving unit - every gate is provided with individually designed set of torsion springs balancing the weight of the armouring and ensuring comfortable manual (optionally electric) operation.
- Optional accessories:
- Industrial electric drive increasing functionality and comfort of operation.
- Wide range of control solutions including standard on/off switches, radio control, induction loops and magnetic cards.
- Integrated (service) door mounted in the gate constituting a significant facility for persons walking through.
- Glazing ensuring additional lighting of the compartment (rectangular and oval windows, transom sections with double acrylic panes) and air grates.
- Additional protection against breaking of springs or cords, protection of the door travel path by means of photocells, contact bars, etc.
- Suspension and mounting component, masking blinds, etc.
